Brief Answer:
Not all are related to heart

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

At this age of 70 yrs we need to be careful about heart attack for every pain that is around the right side of the chest and centre of the chest. So initial evaluation is ECG.

However theoretically not every pain is related to heart.
