Brief Answer:
Required good hydration and mild activity

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. When arm is held up, the blood circulation reduces, resulting in numbness. Its normal, especially with associated dehydration.

2. Muscle soreness, if not viral fever, could be due to dehydration and inactivity.

3. Take adequate hydration - plenty of water and fruit juices. Need to improve muscular activity. Also take calcium supplements

4. Improvement in nutrition through regular diet containing more protein is necessary.

If still muscle pain, Take NSAIDs like celecoxib or paracetamol along with muscle relaxants like chlorzoxazone.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.

Brief Answer:
Concentrate on hydration and protein rich diet.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for replying.

Symptoms could be any mild viral infection. Does not appear to XXXXXXX River Virus like. There is no joint pains, rashes, fever or chills or any lymph node swellings.

However, any viral infection, paracetamol for pain is necessary.

Importantly, concentrate on good hydration (atleast fluid intake from water and fruit juices should be 6-8 liters or more) and protein rich diet. Try for mild activity.

The more the dehydration and low nutrition, the more the weakness. concentrate on improving it.

Hope it helps.
