I had my last periods on 25th April 2014.
after that so many times we did love making as we are newly married.
from last 4-5 days I m feeling like vomiting and certain pain in chest.
Will it be the sign of pregnancy? and when we can do the pregnancy test?
Please suggest.

Early pregnancy test may give NEGATIVE result due to LOW concentration of beta- hCG hormone. More than 99% POSITIVE test result is achieved 7 days after missed period. However, you can undergo one blood test for beta-hCG (more RELIABLE in early weeks) to confirm pregnancy. It will be more worthwhile.
