Brief Answer:
Not due to miscarriage.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The mild twitches in the right ovary area is a normal finding during early pregnancy. This can happen due to heaviness in the uterus. The pain will subside on taking rest. Avoid doing any heavy work or constipation. This is not suggestive of a miscarriage.
You can continue taking the prenatal vitamins. Do consult your gynecologist also for proper confirm of pregnancy by ultrasound scan and for proper supplements.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Needs investigations if severe.

Detailed Answer:
If the cramps are severe and regular and are not relieved with rest and a hot compress then it is best to consult a gynecologist for an ultrasound scan so that proper cause of the pain can be established. Urinary infection also needs to be ruled out.

Yes it is common.

Yes. Mild generalized ache is common during pregnancy. This can be due to effect of rising progesterone levels or due to decreased fluid intake. o take plenty of fresh juicy fruits and increase the fluid intake. It will help.
