Brief Answer:
No need of antibiotic.

Detailed Answer:
HI XXXXXXX

Greeting from Dr. Divakara.P
First of all thanks for choosing Healthcaremagic for posting your query.

I went through your query and your scan report. In my opinion there is no need for the antibiotic as there are no signs of infection in you ( no fever, no burning sensation in urine or no signs of infection in scan )

Pain killers you can take as they will give you relief from pain.

As of your stone in right kidney , it is not causing any problems in you so as of now there is no need of any medications for that. But increase your intake of water , avoid tea, chocloates, and tomatoes.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask .

Regards

Brief Answer:
Pain is not due to cyst.

Detailed Answer:
HI XXXXXXX

1. There is no need to worry about the Cortical cyst. But you need to get Serum Creatinine and Ultrasound Abdomen yearly once to check whether it becoming big or remains same.

2. Unlikely due to cyst as if it was due to cyst the pain should have been in the left upper quadrants of abdomen or left upper side of flank . It could be due to a small kidney stone which might have passed out and hence not detected in the scan ( on the left side )

3. Yes you can .

4. Yes you can .
