As per your explanation, it looks like an infection in the gum flap.

But before I confirm the diagnosis o would like to know the following details:

1. Is the tooth you mentioned a wisdom tooth?
2. Is the tooth completely erupted or is covered with the gum flap?
3. Please mention your age, sex?
4. Do you have any medical problems or are you on any medication?

Brief Answer:
Pericoronitis, medication is appropriate.

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Thanks for writing back..
Well, your symptoms are pointing towards inflammation of gum flap over wisdom tooth known as Pericoronitis.
Medication that you are taking is fine but if there is no improvement then you should consult a Dentist and get evaluated so that he can clean the area with antiseptic solution and saline and along with it if needed scaling can be done..
Along with it you should also do warm saline gargles, do cool compresses over the cheek.
If pain is severe then higher pain like ketorolac or Tramadol can help..

Now for your other problem that is clicking in the left jaw joint, it commonly occur due to disorder with the jaw joint and for that a Panoromic x ray should be done to rule out the cause..

Please write back for more queries..

Regards.
