Brief Answer:
Use intrauterine contraceptive devise

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns.
If you develop migraine with hormone contraception it is better to stop it. First consult a dermatologist for the treatment of acne. They may prescribe antibiotics and vitamin A derivatives.

As regards contraception, non hormonal contraception is better for you. I would advise Intrauteine contraceptive copper devise for you. It does not involve daily intake of tablets and is as effective as contraceptive pills. . So consult your gynecologist for the same.

I hope this helps. If you have further queries , do write to me. I will be happy to answer.
