Thank you for query.I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
It is not clear about the morphology of lesions, symptoms, duration, partner history, investigation done, etc.
It may be due to folliculitis or sebaceous glands or else.Hope it is visible on the skin and not deeper in the testicles.
The reason for giving hetrazan drug is not clear. It is given for parasitic infestations or allergic rash or filariasis
You can get back for any clarification with details and clear photos of lesion.
Thank you

Dear Doctor Bhartesh,

The lumps are not soft and not visible from the outside. they feel semi attached to the testicles. when pressed they tend to give me a slight pain and if pressed harder then it causes more pain which lessens gradually after releasing the pressure that has been applied from pressing with fingers.

Im living in a hill station. A few days ago I felt feverish but the thermometer read 98.7 only in a digital thermometer. I do not have any discomfort while walking, running, sitting, standing or lying down flat.

My partner is the same age and working in admin in a private firm. I am the only partner she has had. I have also had exposure with one of my co-workers in my previous organization. she was a divorcee and may have had multiple partners. this exposure was not earlier than XXXXXXX of 2013. I masturbate frequently 1-2 times a day.

The doctor made me lie down flat on my back and examined my scrotum. Then felt for lumps. Again he made me stand up and repeated the examination. He kept asking if i felt and pain and pointed out that i have 3 and not one but only the biggest one was paining which was the one that i had identified. the other 2 lumps were small and not causing any pain. they move a little as if they are held by strings to the testis, making it difficult to hold. the skin of the scrotum is perfectly normal in appearance and touch without any pimple like structures. no dryness. I shave pubic hair once a month.

The doctor had diagnosed that it is caused due to inflammation. he has prescribed a scrotal support, ezomeprazone(sompraz 20) 1-0-1*7days, diethylcarbamazine citrate(hetrazan 100mg) 1-0-1*30 days.
