Brief Answer:
Get it examined by a Doctor.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Since when have you noticed the lump? Is it painful? Have you had any throat problems or cough and cold or fever in the past few days?
The commonest lumps in that area would be lymph node swellings due to minor infections.
It would be safer to get it examined by your GP or a Surgeon who can advice you after examination.
If they have a doubt they can advice an FNAC which is a lab test in which they put a small needle into the lump to see what is growing inside.
Do not worry.
Its probably a reactive lymph node lump but it would still be bettee to get it examined.
Take care.
