What Causes Lump In Groin Area During Pregnancy?

Question: I'm 26 weeks pregnant with twins and just noticed a small soft moveable lump under the skin in my groin (in the crease where my trunk meets my leg) it doesn't hurt so much but it is uncomfortable and have been having discomfort in the area (left side) for a few days
