Brief Answer:
Possible GI bleeding.. or it could be from eating green leaves/berries or even constipation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and I can say as following:
The tar-like dark green stool accompanied by lower back pain might be related to:
- possible GI bleeding: fecal occult blood test is advised to rule it out
- consumption of green leaves or other foods (like berries) on daily basis.
- constipation

Can you please refer if:
- you have been constipated recently?
- have been eating: berries? green leaves?
- for how long have you been having such problems?
- is there any other health problem you've been facing recently?

If I was your caring doctor would advise to consult with your doctor as soon as possible to run further diagnostic tests to determine the right cause in time and start appropriate treatment as soon as possible.

Hope it was of help!
