Brief Answer:
As detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thank for your query and an elucidate history.
Read and understood your history and understood your concerns.
To recapitulate salient points:
Female/33 - pain in lower abdomen for most of this year - mild nagging to crushing or labor type - woes after vegetables - blood and mucus in stool and diarrhea - mouth ulcers and blisters - tired and unwell and feeling like will pass out - GP several times - Specialist did colonoscopy and calprotectin was 200 - referred back to GP with no diagnosis - IBS medicines and painkillers do not work -
All this history indicates that you have a bowel inflammation as indicated by high Calprotectin in spite of normal colonoscopy and also indicated by your classical history. Presence f mouth ulcers and blisters too indicate the same thing.

In such a situation, simpler tests sometimes gives more information:
I would suggest you the following:
- Stool test for 3 consecutive days and if there is an infection you should get a course of an antibiotic and metronidazole.
- Antihelminthitic - medicines against worms in intestine.
- Pre and probiotics
- Therapeutic dosages of Vitamin A and D continued as multivitamins as they act as antioxidants, helps for relieving the tiredness and feeling well.
- In some instances these may be sufficient to alleviate the problems.
- Make a list of all the foods, additives, beverages that instigate or enhance your problem and to stop them altogether.
- Make a list of the things that suit you and to follow them strictly.

Additional tests:
Blood: CBC, thyroid functions, liver functions, blood glucose/sugar,
Ultrasonography of the abdomen and if there are positive findings may also go for CT scan of the whole abdomen.

These tests helps to find out any other medical problem that instigates or enhances the stomach problems.

Please discuss these issues with your GP so that you get the proper tests and treatment.
I hope this answer helps you to get an early diagnosis and get a proper treatment. Please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication. And give feedback.
