Brief Answer:
Do visit your doctor /ER at earliest

Detailed Answer:
Hello I am Dr Mody and I would be addressing your concern,
Firstly I wish to tell you that you need to visit the ER and get admitted to evaluate the cause of low pulse rate with ekg and control of blood pressure.
The culprit here seems to be your heart.
The fainting feeling is because of the pulse being on lower side a long with such high blood pressure.
Both simultaneously can cause breathlessness while you walk up.
The vitals you mentioned fits into Hypertensive urgency, and should warrant urgent medical care.
Again I strongly recommend you to visit your doctor to prevent any further complications.
Let me know if any further assistance required and I would be happy to .
