Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

The Urologist has prescribed ContifloXL 400, most likely for BPH i.e Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia. Though BPH doesn't lead to prostate cancer nor is it a predisposing factor, men at risk for BPH are also at risk for Prostate CA.

The PSA levels could have been elevated and your urologist may want to check if they come back to baseline.

Treatment for low libido is possible. A sexologist or psychiatrist should be ideally consulted. Medication like Sildenafil or tadalfil (PDE-5 inhibitor) can be used, if erectile dysfunction is an issue as it can spiral to low libido. Folic acid and B complex vitamins should also be supplemented. In my personal experience , this does improve the outcome. A better way would be to consult a sexologist to guide you better in this situation.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
