Brief Answer:
postural hypotension.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your query.
In my opinion, you probably have postural hypotension or some cardiac problem.
In postural hypotension or in any cardiac problems, there will transient reduction in blood pressure on sudden standing, short distance walk or on mild exertion, this causes dizziness or fainting.
Second probable cause can be cerebellar pathology causing unsteadiness whike walking. For this, you have to consult a neurophysician and get your self clinically examined. Any investigation for cerebellar pathology is not necessary at this stage.
If symptoms increase, then MRI may be suggested.
No inner ear problems can cause dizziness on walking.
if I were your treating doctor , I would have advised for bp check up , while sitting , standing, sleeping.
Woukd have also asked for ECG, Cardiac echo, TMT to rule out cardiac conditions.
Depending on reports, if there is significant problems , I woukd asked you to meet physician/ cardiologist and discuss the treatment.
If the report is normal and there is just postural hypotension, then there is no treatment for it. Just increase you fluid intake and do some rehabilitation exercises. Dont worry
You will be fine. But dont neglect this.get yourself checked.
