Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

What you are reporting may be related electrolyte imbalance and or inner ear problems. These issues are associated with dizziness, light headiness, sweating and tachycardia etc

If you were my patient I would recommend to drink plentyof waters, take Magnesium and electrolyte supplements and use Betahystine.

If the problems will persist or seems to get worse you should go to ER for further examinations.

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
