Brief Answer:
Brain scan, chest X ray, heart ultrasound, pintern

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,

Its good news that your blood pressure is under control. The notion of a bleed in your past medical history deserves that a secondary bleed or a second bleed be checked, which of course might have been far less serious or symptomatic than the first. This depends most of the time on the area of the brain affected. Blood vessel abnormalities in the brain and some bleeding disorders, brain tumors can cause bleeding even with normal blood pressures. A CT scan of the brain after a proper neurological examination is very important in this case.

Back pains and troubles walking could either be consequences of a brain problem, or a local problem at the level of the back. Plain X rays of the lumbar and sacral vertebrae, CT scans and Magnetic Rasonance Imaging, MRI, would give a deep insight with regards to what is going on.

Shortness of breath could involve either the heart or the lungs. It is imperative first to check the amount of blood to be sure it is not severe anemia. A family history fo lung disease, asthma, chronic bronchitis is important. A chest X ray would give enough information concerning the lungs and the heart sizes. Lung volumes and peak flows, including other lung exams could be asked if the problem is lung related.

A history of hypertension can predispose to heart failure. A heart ultrasound, coupled to a clinical review would be very informative.

I suggest you book an appointment with an internist for a proper review or see your treating doctor.
