I understand your concern.

You possibly seem to have Mixed features of food infection as well as progression of erosive gastritis(2013) to Peptic Ulcer disease.

For this Differentiation a repeat Endoscopy is needed.

Because treatment modalties differ for both.

A trial of antibiotics like Orni O for 3 days can be used.

Aristozyme syrup taken 2 tsps post meal daily will help to improve the appetite.

Further management is based on the test results.

Please take medications under doctor's prescription.
