Brief Answer:
I suggest a possibility of papular urticaria

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic

I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the Image. In the Image I can see a few red, raised, excoriated skin lesions on axilla and underarm region.

I will keep a possibility of insect bite hypersensitivity/ papular urticaria.

I will like to gather more information from you regarding the query.

-Where else are these skin lesions distributed? Are they elsewhere too like abdomen, legs, arms?

-Does anyone else in your family Or your partner have similar skin lesions or itching?

-Is itching more at night or is it same throughout the day?

Regards

Brief Answer:
I suggest you to use a topical steroid

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

I suggest you to use a topical steroid, preferably triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% Or fluticasone propionate 0.05%, twice daily.
You may try a find from your local drug store if these are available OTC.
An OTC oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg once daily in evening will provide you symptomatic relief from itching.
