Brief Answer:
Read below

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern about drug interactions.

After reviewing carefully those drugs and their interactions I would say though that it is not due to drug-drug interactions, there are no interactions to explain that rash and itching you describe.
However individually they have the potential to cause allergic reactions. Usually it would be more widespread than you describe though so unlikely, but still if the rash appeared after you added the new drugs Mobic and Baclofen (I assume you have been taking the others for some time) their interruption may be considered. If the rash was present already before adding them though unlikely. In that case other types of allergy should be considered, possibly with skin allergy tests. In the meantime to alleviate the itching can use an antihistaminic like levocetirizine.
One other possibility apart from allergic reactions would be that of a herpes zoster infection which can cause a painful localized rash in a nerve territory, but in that case the rash would be temporary, so if present for over a month it is unlikely.

I remain at your disposal for other questions.
