Brief Answer:
Continue to use polymyxin and add anti-allergic eye drops.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
welcome to HCM.

I have read your query and seen all the picture you uploaded.

Your eyes look to be better from the picture than earlier pink eye as you said.

It is also common to have eye discharge and itching after the treatment of pink eye which could be most probably due to some bacterial infection (commonly conjunctivitis).

So, in my advice you should continue to use polymyxin eye drops and also use some anti-histamine eye drops to reduce itching and discharge which will be available over the counter (visine eye drops).

Also, wash your eyes with sterile water frequently in a day and take care not to touch the tip of dropper and eye or eyelid during using of eye drops to avoid its contamination.

We would expect it to resolve within 3 to 5 days with these eye drops.

Hope this helps and let me know if you have more doubts.

Regards.
