Brief Answer:
Irritant reaction, stop 5 fluorouracil, take antihistaminic & triamcinolone

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at Healthcaremagic
I have gone through your complaints as well as reviewed the attached photograph.
You seem to have developed an irritant reaction to 5 fluorouracil.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend to stop applying 5 fluorouracil for few days and let the itching and redness settle and instead apply triamcinolone acetonide ointment on the itchy and painful areas.
Once your skin condition improves then you can restart 5 fluorouracil and once daily application.
Also take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
These will improve your condition.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
