Brief Answer:
Numbness of face, hand have to further investigated

Detailed Answer:
Hi Madam,
Sorry for the delay.

I have carefully read your query and understand your concern.

As per your clinical symptoms, you seem to have insect bite related hypersensitivity- Urticaria in my opinion .

Some people who have atopy(inherent quality of mounting excess immune response to foreign individuals) have more severe symptoms. You seem to be one such individual.

These symptoms can be quickly controlled through steroids eg:-inj hydrocortisone.
Antihistaminics like levocetrizine and deslor can be simultaneously used to increase the effectiveness.

Regarding your numbness on the right side of the face and right hand, they need special attention. They are very less likely to be related to the insect rash.

Going by your age, such neurological symptoms have to be carefully assessed to rule out the possibility of stroke or for that matter any cerebrovascular incident.

For this you need to undergo a Non contrast CT scan of your brain. It can detect any lesions responsible for causing right sided numbness.

These symptoms usually result from uncontrolled and unrecognized elevated blood pressure. So I suggest you to get both your blood sugar and blood measurements on a periodic basis and if found elevated, they have to be promptly treated.

To further screen yourself, I also recommend you to get an 2-dimensional echocardiography.

I wish and hope this info is quite helpful to you,
you can post your further doubts in the form of follow up queries.
Thank you
Take care
