Question: Hi,
I got married 6 months back. First 3 months I was getting periods on time and post 3 months it started delaying 1-2 days initially and now 3-4 days. I feel the continuous pain in my stomach and the uneasiness but no result. Please suggest what should I do to get periods on time.

Brief Answer:
Depends on pregnancy status and plans

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX, HealthCareMagic. Believe it or not but taking some types of brith control may be the best way to regulate your cycle. But to take them, you have to make sure that you are not pregnant. So first thing you should do is use a pregnancy test and make sure you are not pregnant.

Then go to your local gynecologist and get started on an OCP.

If you like, we can get you in touch with an OBGYN directly for more detail.
