Question: I suffering irregular periods about 4 months delay. My gynecologist advised me to take ovacare myo a+b . After 1 and half month taking these tab i having same problem.

Irregular periods are caused by

1) Overweight or obesity. Let me know your height and weight. If you are overweight your periods are likely to be irregular. You may need to lose weight.

2) If you have any stress professional or personal periods get delayed. Please let me know if you are in stress.

Ovacare will not help you. I suggest you take any oral contraceptive pill available over the counter. This will help in regularizing periods temporarily.
