Question: Hi! When I get gas bulit up in my stomach my heart beats irregularly-it skips beats. Can you tell me what might be going on? Thanks

The investigation which is required in your case will be decided once ECG results are obtained.
Regarding your second problem i.e. building up of gas can be a manifestation of ischemia or decreased blood supply to heart muscles.
However, the accumulation of gas can be due to gastritis only.
