Question: I have had a headache that comes and goes but has always been in the same place for over a week.

I have a pain in the bottom right hand side of my head at the back. It is about 2 inches behind the right ear.

What is your blood pressure reading?
Raised blood pressure is also one cause of headache. Your BP really need to be checked.
In addition to it, other causes should also be looked for. Is there any vomiting in early morning? Is there any specific stimulus for it? Any visual problem?any history of fever or flu?
These questions need to be answered for proper diagnosis. Since you are using many medicines right now. Just add nuberol forte to it to relieve headache. You really need to be examined by your attending physician.
MRI brain is next option if diagnosis is in doubt.
