Question: Ive been getting dizzy spells when I move my head left or right lately Ive had this years ago and it went away It also happens sometimes when I roll or move in bed What treatment would you recommend Thanks XXXXXXX Im 61r

along with the possible bppv, it seems that when my sympton started I also started getting pain in my right shoulder. could this be related ? I walk fine vision good -no unbalance of any sort! I do lift sometimes small crates and antiques during the day but I do find myself tired more since this vertigo started 2 weeks ago .. could this all be from possible bppv or something else?Is there a over the counter med for bppy? Dr Mittal based on what Ive reported and your information do you feel I can rule out anything neurological ?? are you suggesting I may have arrhythmia or bppv? I do take a beta block for high blood pressure for 10 yrs and as I say . Ive had this before , this time seems a little longer though. I thank you for your help I am going to schedule appointment with my doctor..
