What Causes Intermittent Chest Pains Radiating To Left Arm?

Question: I'm 24 year old guy, I have intermittent chest pains since morning , with the pain extending to my ring finger in my left arm. Im 6'1" and weight 93 kgs.
No nauseatic feeling or shortness of breath. What could be the cause?

It seems to be angina and seems to be happening at rest.
I would advise you to visit the nearest emergency care and get tested with an ECG, cardiac enzymes and possibly an echocardiography too. After proper history, examination and testing, one can come to a diagnosis.
