Question: Hi doctor I had four anxiety attacks in the span of four weeks
I feel like am afraid , sweating and fast hear beat
Now I have very uncomfortable slight right temporal pain which comes from right back neck and goes till right jaw .. Am afraid what is this

Hello XXXX,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
You are suffering from anxiety and most probably tension type headache .
Is there any history of nausea, vomiting, photophobia, photophobia, throbbing nature.
Tension type pain is usually bilateral and constricting in nature.
If you have no danger signs like vomiting, visual blurring, fever, limb weakness, seizures and loss of consciousness then the headache is primary type.
What is the duration of headache . Any aggravating or relieving factors.
You can try amitriptyline with beta-blockers for control of anxiety and headache.
You can also consult a neurologist and psychiatrist for panic attacks.

I dont have any fever , seizures, vomting , my vision is clear
But what am bothered is the pain starts from right neck and go till temporal . I am having this headache from yesterday

You can take a painkiller for few days for your recent onset headache.
Methods other than medications for panic attacks are yoga, breathing exercises, morning walking, psychotherapy.
