What Causes Inflammation Of Right Eye?

Question: Hi,
After I wake up in the morning, my eye are normal in size but after couple of hours my Right side Eye slightly becomes small but having no pain or any issue with vision.
I have Sight Power of Right Eye : 3.75+ and Left Eye Power is 3+

thanks for using our service. You might be having an allergy that is giving this inflammation of the eye that does not affect the vision. You need to review what you are exposed during the day and check out if you avoid the exposure helps the inflammation. Sometimes, makeup can do that although is more common in both eyes. Other possibility is unilateral obstruction in lacrimary gland that gets worse when we are forcing the vision.
I would advise to get an eye exam to evaluate that.
