Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

Increased gas could be related to:
- foods you have consumed recently
- imbalanced intestinal flora
- eating fast (swallowing too much air)

I suggest to:
- drink more water
- eat often, small portions and slowly
- be more physically active
- take probiotics you can find over the counter
- take simethicone for gas
- avoid gas-forming foods (cauliflower, sprouts, beans, etc.)

If no changes, then, should consult a GI for further evaluations.

Hope it helped! Do not hesitate to contact me again if you have further queries!
