What Causes High Fever, Vomiting, Fatigue And Sweating?
Question: my husband, has been having high fevers, throwing up, fatigue, sweating. Is this a flu bug?

If the fever s high and with chills and rigors, it is more likely to be bacterial.
Does he have a headache or is he vomiting with an abdominal pain of discomfort.
Ibuprofen can be a gastric irritant is sensitive people and can cause vomiting.
So it is better to use paracetamol for fever to be taken after food.
Keep him hydrated with bland fluids.
If the fever recurs, it is better to see a doctor and have him examined and tested.
He may require antibiotics.
Wish him a quick recovery.
