HDL is good cholesterol and 41 mg percent appears to be in normal range

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have red through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. I would like to tell you that HDL is the good cholesterol. In most laboratories 41 mg percent is a normal value. If it is 41 mg percent for you then it is normal.

2. Please attach a copy of your complete lipid profile results for an accurate discussion of individual cholesterol levels.

3. For prevention of heart problems and maintenance cholesterol balance, you might use olive oil for cooking at home. This is a healthy oil and recommended for cooking.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.

Brief Answer:
Please do home pregnancy test if periods do not happen by 17 to 19 XXXXXXX

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

1. Pregnancy in general is a matter of chance and depends on many factors starting from ovulation and sexual participation of both partners and culminating in the fusion of egg and sperm.

2. Some women might have a pregnancy within 2 months and some might take 6 months when taking clomiphene. Therefore there is a possibility of pregnancy if you miss your periods this months but we can never be sure without doing proper tests for pregnancy.

3. Since you are expecting your periods right now and having cramping, if your periods do not take place even after a week to ten days from today that is by 17 to 19 XXXXXXX then please do a home pregnancy test.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Brief Answer:
For accurate result it is done as below

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

1. Home pregnancy test is accurate when done at least 15 days following sexual interourse that might be favorable for a pregnancy.

2. Therefore keeping in mind the ovulation dates, this duration falls around a week after the missed periods.

3. I have suggested doing it after at least a week so that it is confirmed accurately and also allow a week if your periods are delayed due to stress.

Hope your query is answered.
