Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Yes, the hematuria and associated diarrhea needs to be managed and assessed for an underlying cause. Urine dip stick exam / urinalysis, renal and liver function tests as part of the basic metabolic panel and stool examination can be advised. Urine culture and sensitivity testing should also be done , preferably. The antibiotics that you are currently using should be reviewed. I would advise you to visit your nearest hospital for the above workup to rule out any sinister cause.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
