Brief Answer:
Take Pentoprazole/Rabeprazole and provide some detail

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

Smoking meth commonly causes gastric discomfort. Duration of problem depends upon duration, quantity and frequency of smoking as well as since when you have stopped.

Gradually this problem subsides on its own.

At present you seem to be suffering from indigestion problem and secondary bloating and heaviness. For that you can take Pantoprazole or Rabeprazole 20 mg twice a day before half an hour of meal. It should be available over the counter for you.

Do not take spice, fatty food or pulses. Take more vegetables and fruits.

Revert to me with duration, quantity and frequency of smoking as well as since when you stopped.

Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki
