Brief Answer:
Please, get evaluated should this happens again!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for query.

If this is a one time observation, for now I would say keep a record of it in ind but do not be too worried. Should this happen again in future, getting evaluate to make sure that there is nothing serious to worry about through a basic heart EKG and maybe holter monitoring. This would also help to pin point the exact nature of this fast heart rate.

Smoking is not good for health. Please, consider stopping as this would help improve your overall health status. If you drink tea and not coffee, then it is unlikely that this is a cause of your symptoms.

IN all, get full evaluation should this happen again. Otherwise, there are no reasons for you to be too worried about just now.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
