Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query very carefully.

Your sister is experiencing palpitations after eating (or during physical activity), which need to be properly evaluated to exclude any underlying cardiac or hormonal (especially thyroid hormones) problems.

After reviewing her ECG I would like that apart from tachycardia that may explain her symptoms (palpitations) everything is normal. This is a good beginning, however other examinations should be done. If she was my patient I would have recommended her to do:
- Blood work
- Hormonal tests (including thyroid hormones)
- Cardiac ECHO
- Holter monitoring
- Stress test

These examinations are essential for the proper evaluation of her arrhythmia and the treatment should be based on the above mentioned test results.

Hope this was of help!
