Brief Answer:
Spiriva and/or lisin are most likely the culprits ma'am

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. If your ENT doctor looked into your ears and found nothing then it is most probably a side effect of one of the medications you took or are taking, so lets go through your list:

+Spiriva: Ear congestion is a common side effect
+Hydrochlorthiazide: Nil
+Requip: Pounding ears
+Norvasc: Ringing or buzzing in the ears
+Celexa: Nil
+Lipitor: Nil
+Lisin:Ear congestion

So spiriva and lisin are the culprits in my opinion, and so you should speak to your prescribing doctor about revisiting your treatment regimen to help resolve the side effects you are experiencing ma'am.

I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
