Brief Answer:
Symptoms suggestive of inner ear pathology

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

The symptoms of hearing different sounds in ears, hearing heart beat, whoosing sound, tinnitus or ringing sensation in the ears suggest pathology or disease of the inner ear.
Inner ear is concerned with hearing and maintenance of posture.
These symptoms appear to be due to sensorineural hearing problem which is associated with nerve.
I suggest you to consult an ENT specialist for clinical examination of the middle ear and inner ear.
In addition, audiogram is also required to assess the hearing fuction of the inner ear.

If you have more queries, I will be glad to answer.

Brief Answer:
Further more sensitive tests required, consult ENT

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
The problem that you are facing is that of tinnitus.
Tinnitus is caused by disorders of inner ear or middle ear.
Middle ear contains three small bones forming a chain.
A normal audiogram does not rule out disease process in the ear.
You need to consult an experienced ENT specialist for further more sensitive tests.
Feeling your heart beat can occur in anxiety, hypertension and ther cardiovascular diseases.
You can consult your physician also for clinical assessment of the cardiovascular system.

Thanks and take care
