As below:

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. It is good to hear that your investigations are within normal limits. This helps rule out many serious causes.

2. Your headache seems to be related to stress and gastritis. To rule out Migraine or Cluster headache, a detailed history of the episodes of headache is necessary.

3. Since you have the history of a fall before the dizziness, benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) should be ruled out by a vertigo specialist. (I am assuming that by the word 'rotates', you are referring to vertigo.)

4. A common cause for both headache and vertigo is Migraine Associated Vertigo (MAV) where migraine medication helps.

I hope that I have answered your queries. If you have any further questions, I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
