Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Two other possibilities are there namely, sinusitis and migraine headache. Both can have similar presentation. If the eye was examined by an ophthalmologist and no abnormality was found then sinusitis can be looked for by doing a PNS X ray or CT. Treatment with antibiotics and nasal decongestants would be required. If the history is prolonged and fits the criteria for migraine headache then NSAIDs and abortive therapy for headache can be advised along with prophylaxis with either propranolol or topiramate accordingly.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
