Brief Answer:
Try pain-killers and rest.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for using Healthcare Magic.
A headache with throbbing of the temple area is a common type of headache which is unlikely to be serious. I suggest you try simple pain killers such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen in the first instance. Rest and have a sleep if possible. It is unlikely to be related to your blood pressure and will most probably settle with simple measures.
I hope this is of help. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
