Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Headache may be menstrual headache or migraine.
You should take treatment accordingly.
First step is to follow precautions like timely food, proper sleep, avoiding triggers like fasting, stress, excessive tea or coffee and chocolates.
Prevention can be done by starting pain killers 2-3 days before menstruation.
You can also take estrogen containing ocp.
For acute attacks, pain killers like Naproxen or Aceclofenac or Triptans can be taken.
