What Causes Headache And Sleeplessness After Alcohol Consumption?
Question: Two issues. Was on a cruise ship for a week of course drinking rum use the restroom and pushed and all of a sudden had a bad headache it has lasted for 72 hours but pain has reduced with a little bit of pressure in the head of area Restless sleep last night should I seek help second question I have a lump inner thigh by groin not painful reoccurs occasionally no fluid. I'm 43. No sensitivity to light or motor skill loss. Just feel like something isn't right, not normal.

We need to understand that alcohol acted as possible trigger and it is possible that if you can avoid alcohol there may not be further episodes immediately. The possibility of migraine is high provided there is family history of migraine or you had similar episodes in past.
Regarding the lump in groin I request you to attach a photo of the affected area and mark it with some marker. This will help me to narrow down the possible etiologies.

never had migraines, and feels like a steady pressure in my head. attached is picture lump inside appeared 2 days from head ache. can blood pressure cause both?
