Brief Answer:
Withdrawal symptoms due to quitting smoking.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Congratulations about quitting smoking.

Electronic cigarettes use usually don't cause head spinning, or dizziness.

These side effects are most often withdrawal symptoms due to quitting smoking and probably it will take some time that these symptoms will subside.

Lowering of blood pressure can be another, but less probable explanation in your case.

Remember, you may continue to experience such side effects for some time, but symptoms start to vanish gradually and become more infrequent.

Staying well hydrated and following a healthy lifestyle is necessary in this moment.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
