Brief Answer:
HELLO DEAR. HARD STOOLS ARE NOT RELATED TO B12.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. First of all relax. Hard stool is unrelated to B12 consumption. More over you must increase your water intake and fibre intake in order to not get constipated. Your hemogram is normal except for an elevated eosinophills. The most common cause for elevated eosinophil is parasitic infestation which can be easily treated by taking albendazole tablets. You have a marginally elevated leucocyte counts which has to be taken as normal variation(we take normal values as upto 11000). Your counts do not suggest leukemia. Chill and relax.
Thanks and regards

Thank you sir for making me relaxed... you told that it might be due to parasitic infection.. however the haemogram mentions that no parasites have been detected.. so any idea sir??

Brief Answer:
Hello dear. Hemogram detects only blood parasites.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. Hemogram detects only blood parasites like malaria parasite. It does not detect intestinal parasites which are the causes of eosinophilia. Intestinal parasites can only be detected by a stool examination.

I have purchased zentel tablet only one dose as suggested by my doctor.... but he told that everyone including my 3 yr old son must take it... for my son he told to take zentel syrup... just wanted to know whether this is really required? Secondly i am having slight abdominal pain so is the problem really bad and is only one dose sufficient? Is any other check up required like second haemogram to confirm everything is fine

Hello Sir...

I took zentel tab. However no worms were visible on naked eye. I am still having very light cramp type feeling in abdomen. Also I took B12 injection (cyndcal m forte) as my b12 was only 144. But after taking injection, when I passed urine, the urine was pink or red (same color of medicine). I am bit worried. I am also having a problem that there is a cut near anus which had occured due to hard stools which is giving a terrible burning sensation while passing stool and sometimes it causes itching. Can you also suggest me an oinment for the same

Brief Answer:
Hello dear. Use some laxatives

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. Urine color can change with vitcofol and there is nothing to worry. Smaller worms may go unnoticed. For pain n fissure, drink plenty of fluids, eat roughage diet and use lignocaine or nitroglycerin ointment.
Thanks and regards
