Brief Answer:
No worries, be calm and watchful

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,

It might be of interest to know if you are experiencing this for the very first time or not. Secondary, a past history of gastritis or gastroesophagal reflux disease should be checked for.

Noting any gurgling in the abdomen could also be important. Your stool pattern lately is important to be known. In case you have been constipated lately, accumulation of gas could explain this. Abdominal distension could indicate accumulation of gas in the intestines.

Absence of chest pain or any chest trauma should not make you panic. You need to be calm in my opinion. Perforation of the esophagus or throat could cause gas to flow into the thorax. However, this is usually accompanied by pain, which is not the case with you.

I strongly suggest you be calm in case you lack no serious signs (pain, serious gastritis or acid reflux).

A chest X ray could be useful in case this persists, or if you start feeling pains or have other new symptoms.

Wishing you the best of health and kind regards.
