Brief Answer:
Gastroscopy and colonoscopy should be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Green stool usually appears in case of fast passage of the stool (diarrhea) or lack of intestinal bacteria (bowels infection, antibiotics treatment).
As you have lost so much weight in a very short time, the reason can be much more serious than just an infection. Weakness can be caused by low hemoglobin level.
Weight loss and low hemoglobin level very often can be caused by a cancer. It can be stomach cancer or large intestine cancer. I do not tell that you have a cancer. But I just want you to make sure you dont have. To do that, please consult your doctor and have colonoscopy and gastroscopy done.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
