Hello,
I would advise to take omeprazole which is available as an over the counter medication and continue phenargan,
Take plenty of oral fluids, ORS powder. In case you have fever, abdominal pain, or diarrhoeal lasting more than a week or are unable to take liquids orally then I would advise you to visit your doctor as you might need antibiotics and iv fluids
